Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Chase County Court Docket, a privately operated reference resource. They do not govern Nebraska court systems, court clerks, JUSTICE, or another service reached through an external link.

NO FCRA USE. This private website has no affiliation with a government agency or court and is not a consumer reporting agency. It may not be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

1. What This Website Is

The resource identifies public routes for Chase County court dates, Registers of Actions, case records, and clerk contacts. It does not operate a court system, hold the official docket, or make the rules for access to a case file.

2. Informational Use Only

Material on this site is general information. It is not an official order, certified record, court notice, or substitute for a court clerk or lawyer. Confirm any fact that matters with the office holding the Chase County case.

3. Rules for Using This Site

Use the site lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without authorization, submit unlawful material, or use its information for a prohibited purpose. Respect the terms of every third-party service and official website reached through a link.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Chase County Court Docket does not prepare consumer reports and does not furnish information for FCRA-regulated decisions. Court information can be incomplete, restricted, delayed, amended, or out of date. No visitor may use this resource or any third-party result obtained through it for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance eligibility, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

5. No Legal Advice

The resource does not give legal advice. Court staff also cannot advise a party about a case. A licensed Nebraska attorney can provide advice about a filing, deadline, charge, order, or legal option.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Clerks, courts, schedules, fees, portals, and record-access rules can change. Court dates may be reset and public results may omit sealed or confidential information. Verify a Chase County entry with the clerk who maintains the original record before relying on it.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links and widgets may direct a visitor to a court, county, state, federal, or private service. Each external service controls its content, availability, pricing, and policies. We do not control or guarantee an outside result, and a link does not create an agency relationship.

8. Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to Chase County Court Docket or its content partners unless another owner is identified. Do not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative work from the content without permission, except as law allows.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage arising from use of this site, a linked service, or information that is incomplete, changed, unavailable, or misunderstood. The official court or clerk record remains the source for verification.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, actions, demands, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the site or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nebraska law. Official Chase County court-record access is separately governed by the relevant court custodian, Nebraska's public-record provisions, and Judicial Branch public-access rules, including Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712 and Rule § 1-804. Any dispute related to this website must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Nebraska.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. A revised version is effective when it appears on this page.
